  • 1 × Flexible vacuum hose
  • 1 × Floor brush attachment
  • 1 × 2-part metal extension tube
  • 1 × Cloth filter (for dry debris collection)
  • 1 × Metal carry handle

How to use

  • For dry vacuuming: Ensure the cloth filter is properly installed inside the tank before use. The filter protects the motor from fine dust and maintains suction efficiency. Connect the flexible hose, attach the metal extension tubes, and select the appropriate attachment (floor brush for large areas, crevice tool for tight spaces if available).
  • For wet vacuuming: IMPORTANT: Remove the cloth filter before vacuuming liquids to prevent filter damage and allow proper liquid collection. Ensure the tank is empty and clean. Connect the hose and attachments as needed. Never exceed the maximum liquid capacity marked on the tank to prevent motor damage from overflow.
  • Connect to power: Plug the vacuum into a suitable 220–240V mains power outlet. The 5.5m cable provides extended working range.
  • Turn on the vacuum: Switch on the dual motor system and allow it to reach full suction power before beginning cleaning.
  • Cleaning technique: Move the floor brush or attachment steadily across surfaces in overlapping passes. For wet spills, work from the outside toward the center to contain the liquid. For dry debris, use smooth back-and-forth motions. The high 16-17 kPa suction handles both fine dust and large debris efficiently.
  • Monitor tank capacity: The large 75L capacity allows extended cleaning sessions, but monitor the fill level, especially when vacuuming wet materials. Empty the tank before it reaches maximum capacity to maintain suction performance and prevent overflow.
  • Empty the tank: Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Use the metal handle to remove the motor head from the tank. For dry debris, empty into appropriate waste containers. For wet materials, pour out liquids carefully and rinse the stainless steel tank with clean water.
  • Clean after wet use: After vacuuming liquids, rinse and thoroughly dry the stainless steel tank before storage to prevent odors and maintain hygiene. Allow the tank to air dry completely.
  • Reinstall filter: If switching back to dry mode, ensure the tank is completely dry, then reinstall the cloth filter before use.
  • Follow Ingco safety guidance. Never vacuum flammable liquids, hot materials, or hazardous substances. Wear appropriate PPE (dust mask for fine dust, gloves, eye protection) when cleaning construction debris or potentially harmful materials.

Care & maintenance

  • Disconnect from power before cleaning, maintenance, or emptying the tank.
  • Clean or replace the cloth filter regularly according to usage intensity. Heavily clogged filters reduce suction performance. Shake out or wash the cloth filter periodically (allow to dry completely before reinstalling).
  • Rinse and thoroughly dry the stainless steel tank after wet use to prevent odors, corrosion, and bacterial growth.
  • Check the flexible hose for cracks, splits, or blockages regularly. Clear any obstructions to maintain airflow.
  • Inspect the power cable for damage before each use and replace if frayed or damaged.
  • Clean the floor brush and attachments to remove tangled debris, hair, or buildup.
  • Wipe down the exterior housing with a damp cloth to remove dust and dirt.
  • Check motor vents and cooling slots regularly and keep clear of dust buildup to prevent overheating.
  • Store in a dry, sheltered area protected from weather and extreme temperatures.
  • Store the hose and attachments organized and protected from damage.
  • Never vacuum hot ashes, burning materials, sharp metal objects that could puncture the hose, or flammable/explosive substances.

FAQs

Is this Ingco vacuum suitable for wet and dry use?

Yes. The VC24751 is designed for both wet and dry vacuuming. Remove the cloth filter before vacuuming liquids, and reinstall it for dry debris collection. The stainless steel tank is ideal for wet use as it resists corrosion.

What is the tank capacity?

This vacuum has a large 75L capacity, one of the largest available for workshop vacuums. This significantly reduces the need for frequent emptying during extensive cleaning projects, making it ideal for professional use and large-area cleaning tasks.

Is it mains powered?

Yes. It runs on a 220–240V~50/60Hz mains power supply with a 5.5m power cable for continuous operation without battery changes or runtime limitations.

Is it suitable for workshop or site use?

Yes, it is specifically designed for workshop, garage, construction site, and commercial environments. The 2400W dual motor system, 75L stainless steel tank, and robust construction make it ideal for heavy-duty professional applications including post-construction cleanup, workshop maintenance, and industrial cleaning.

Are filters included?

Yes. The vacuum includes 1 × cloth filter for dry debris collection. The cloth filter protects the motor from fine dust and should be removed before vacuuming liquids. Replacement filters and additional filter types (HEPA, foam wet filters) are available separately.

Can it pick up liquids?

Yes, it is designed for wet pick-up when configured correctly. Remove the cloth filter before vacuuming liquids to prevent filter damage. The stainless steel tank can handle water, oil, coolant, and other non-flammable liquids. Never exceed the maximum capacity to prevent motor damage from overflow.

Is it suitable for trade use?

Yes, it is specifically designed for professional trade and heavy-duty applications. The 2400W power, 75L capacity, stainless steel construction, and dual motor system make it ideal for contractors, workshops, commercial facilities, and industrial environments requiring reliable, high-performance cleaning equipment.

How often should I empty the tank?

With the large 75L capacity, emptying frequency depends on the type and volume of debris. For fine dust, you may need to empty more frequently to maintain suction. For larger debris, the tank can handle extensive cleaning before requiring emptying. Always empty before the tank reaches maximum capacity, especially when vacuuming wet materials.

Can I use this for construction dust?

Yes. The VC24751 is ideal for construction dust including sawdust, plaster dust, drywall dust, and concrete dust. Ensure the cloth filter is installed for dry use and clean or replace the filter regularly as construction dust can clog filters quickly. For very fine silica dust, consider using a HEPA filter if compatible.

What is the difference between the cloth filter and HEPA filter?

The included cloth filter captures larger dust particles and protects the motor during general dry cleaning. HEPA filters (available separately) capture 99.97% of particles as small as 0.3 microns, making them ideal for fine dust, allergens, and applications requiring superior air quality such as silica dust or hazardous material cleanup.

Can I vacuum hot ashes or burning materials?

No. Never vacuum hot ashes, burning materials, embers, or any hot debris. These can damage the vacuum, melt internal components, cause fires, or create explosion hazards. Always allow materials to cool completely before vacuuming.

How do I maintain suction power?

To maintain optimal suction: regularly clean or replace the cloth filter, check for hose blockages and clear any obstructions, empty the tank before it reaches maximum capacity, ensure the filter is properly seated, and keep motor vents clear of dust buildup.

What types of liquids can I vacuum?

You can vacuum water, coolant, oil, and other non-flammable, non-corrosive liquids. Never vacuum flammable liquids (gasoline, solvents, paint thinner), corrosive chemicals, or explosive substances as these create serious fire and safety hazards.
