Leyland Trade Contract Matt Magnolia 10L is a full bodied, high opacity matt emulsion designed for interior walls and ceilings—ideal for new work and large-area decorating. It’s easy to apply and can be used by brush, roller or spray.
With coverage of approximately 13m² per litre (surface dependent) and a 2–4 hour recoat window, it’s a practical choice for keeping jobs moving—whether you’re a trade decorator or tackling a DIY refresh.

Coverage is approximately 13m² per litre depending on the nature and porosity of the surface (around 130m² per 10L as a guide).
You can apply a second coat (if required) after 2–4 hours, depending on conditions.
Yes—Leyland Trade Contract Matt is designed for interior walls and ceilings and is described as ideal for new work/new build applications.
Yes. It’s suitable for application by brush, roller or spray. When spraying, avoid breathing spray and wear suitable respiratory protection.
Do not thin as standard. For absorbent surfaces, you can seal using up to 1 part water to 9 parts paint. When applying by roller or spray, a small amount of clean water may be added if needed.
Suitable substrates include plaster, embossed wallcoverings, and also wallboards, concrete, brickwork and blockwork.
Surfaces should be sound, clean, dry and free from loose/flaking material. Rub down glossy surfaces with a fine abrasive and rinse thoroughly before painting.
Remove excess paint first, then wash equipment immediately after use with warm soapy water.
Store and transport upright with the lid firmly replaced, and protect from frost.
